- Balloon preventor is fixed, oval metal plate
- Yarn guide pins are hard crome plate
- Ceramic rings for yarn passage
- Disc weights are used for producing required tension in the ends
INDIVIDUAL (BTA-2) DEVICES: (MANUAL SYSTEM)
- Adjustable balloon preventors
- Porcelene rings for yarn passage and guide pins
- Casted aluminium frame
- Plastic oilbath
- Sping system tension apparatusses (BTA -2)
- Manually adjustable spring intensity and scale as per yarn type
- Manual, independent tension adjustment for each bobbin
INTEGRATED (BTA-3) DEVICES: (SEMI AUTOMATIC TENSION SYSTEM)

- All BTA devices present on the whole creel are automatically adjusted as per signals received from load cell on the reed support tensiopn fed to the main PLC.
